This is the absolute BEST no bake peanut better pie…EVER!
It whips up super quick, and is amazingly delicious.
I have even added in a little chocolate…because really, what is peanut butter without some chocolate?!?
My husband absolutely devours this pie, so the kiddos and I decided to make it for Father’s Day!
This is a great pie recipe to make with the kiddos, and the whole family will love it!
So gather those ingredients, and let’s get started!

To make the crust we need to get those cookies crushed.
My son likes to push the buttons on our blender, but if you are having a particularly stressful day, I highly recommend throwing those cookies in a Ziplock, and go to town wacking them with a rolling pin. 😉
Now you will melt one of the sticks of butter, and mix it in with the crushed cookies. Add to your pie container, and press to make the crust.

Put the pie crust in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes for the crust to set.
Now it’s time to make the delicious filling!
You will add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 1 stick of softened butter to your stand mixer, or a large bowl if using a hand mixer.
Then, you will need to refrain from face planting directly into this bowl of amazing yumminess! 😉
Spread the peanut butter mixture onto your pie crust, and place back in the freezer for another 10-15 minutes.
Now you can absolutely leave the pie just like this, and it is wonderful!
But, I like to take it to another level, and top it with some delicious melted chocolate!
There is a time and place for everything, but this mama has the perfect ‘don’t want to use a double boiler’ hack.
Take your milk, and zap it in the microwave until you see some good bubbles. Usually about 90 seconds.
Then add your chocolate, let it set about a minute, and stir.
See…no double boiler needed! You’re welcome! 😉
Top the pie with the chocolate, and place in the fridge until you are ready to serve.

The Best No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
- 1 package Oreos 14.3 oz package
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter 1 stick softened
- 1 1/2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 cup whole milk or heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Blend package of Oreos until well pulverized.
Add 1 stick of melted butter, and blend well with crushed Oreos.
Pat Oreo mixture into pie pan to make the crust. Place crust in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Place peanut butter, powdered sugar, and softened stick of butter in large mixing bowl or stand mixer. Blend well until mixture is smooth.
Spread peanut butter mixture onto pie crust. Place back in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Heat milk or cream in microwave safe bowl for about 90 seconds, or until liquid is bubbling nicely.
Place chocolate chips in liquid, and let them rest for about a minute.
Stir chocolate in milk until well blended and smooth.
Pour melted chocolate onto pie, and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!
