If you are a fan of Caprese Salad, then you will LOVE these Caprese Toast Points!
When I am in need of a quick, easy, and delicious meal I immediately turn to my Caprese Toast Points. This recipe whips up in a few minutes, and let me tell you…it is SO good! It also makes a fantastic appetizer, and is a perfect crowd pleaser!
Seriously, you cannot go wrong with this recipe. Whenever I make it…it is devoured!

This is a super family friendly recipe, BUT for those of us with picky eaters, I got you mama!
Swap out pepperoni for the tomato and basil, or add some extra veggies. It’s truly a ‘make it your own’ kind of recipe!
Let’s get to it!
Get your balsamic reduction started. Heat a cup of balsamic vinegar on low, until it is lightly simmering. Be sure to use balsamic vinegar, not balsamic vinaigrette.
Next, add some mozzarella to each toast points, and top it with your sliced tomatoes.
The Caprese Toast Points will cook on 350 for about 10 minutes. While the Caprese Toast Points are baking, be sure to check your balsamic reduction.
Once it is ready, it should have more of a syrup consistency.
Once the Caprese Toast Points are finished baking, top them with fresh basil, and finish with a drizzle of the balsamic reduction.
