Description
Air Fryer Chicken Egg Rolls are crispy on the outside and filled with chicken and vegetables. Make these faster than you can order takeout!
Ingredients

- 16 oz ground chicken
- 2 c shredded cabbage
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 1/4 c green onion, sliced
- Egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ginger, paste
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in skillet on medium heat and add ground chicken
- Add 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp ginger paste and spices and mix well
- Once chicken is almost finished add cabbage, carrots, and remaining tbsp of soy sauce and ginger
- Mix well and cook until cabbage is cooked to liking
- Add green onions, stir, and turn off heat
- Set Air fryer to 400
- Spray baking sheet or basket
- Once mixture is cooled, add heaping spoonful to egg roll wrapper
- Fold in sides, lift bottom half over sides, and roll
- Add egg rolls to basket or baking sheet
- Spray tops of egg rolls with cooking spray
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes or until disputed crispness, flip egg rolls halfway through cooking
- Let cool and enjoy!
