Egg-less High Protein Breakfast Bowl


Description

Busy mornings call for quick and easy meals that you can make ahead of time. Start your day with a hearty bowl of protein, carbs, and veggies that your whole family will love. 


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 16 oz ground turkey
  • 4 cups frozen diced potatoes
  • 8 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 1 bag frozen peppers 
  • 50 oz spinach 
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tbs onion powder
  • salt & pepper to taste 

Instructions

  1. Place the skillet on medium-high heat then add the olive oil.
  2. Add the diced potatoes into the pan
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
  4. Cook potatoes for 8-10 minutes or until done. *Add water to the pan if needed.
  5. Place the potatoes in 4 meal prep containers.
  6. In the same pan add more oil and the protein of choice (turkey, beef, sausage).
  7. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  8. Add mushrooms, peppers & onions into the pan with the meat.
  9. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  10. Add baby spinach & season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
  11. Place mixture in the 4 containers in addition to the potatoes
  12. Let cool and enjoy!
