- 2 tbs olive oil
- 16 oz ground turkey
- 4 cups frozen diced potatoes
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 bag frozen peppers
- 50 oz spinach
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the skillet on medium-high heat then add the olive oil.
- Add the diced potatoes into the pan
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Cook potatoes for 8-10 minutes or until done. *Add water to the pan if needed.
- Place the potatoes in 4 meal prep containers.
- In the same pan add more oil and the protein of choice (turkey, beef, sausage).
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add mushrooms, peppers & onions into the pan with the meat.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add baby spinach & season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Place mixture in the 4 containers in addition to the potatoes
- Let cool and enjoy!
