Peanut Butter And Banana Snack Quesadilla

You will love this peanut butter and banana snack quesadilla. A perfect quick and easy after school snack idea for kids.


  • Burrito sized flour tortilla
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter or cooking spray


  1. Heat skillet on medium low heat, and add butter or cooking spray to skillet.
  2. Spread peanut butter on one half of tortilla and add to pan.
  3. Add bananas evenly on top of peanut butter, and drizzle with honey.
  4. Allow the tortilla to heat for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Fold tortilla in half.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of tortilla.
  7. Allow to heat on both sides, until warm and slightly browned.
  8. Let quesadilla rest for a few minutes to cool.
  9. Cut into 4-6 triangles.
