Description

Gluten Free Berry Crisp is the ultimate decadent vegan friendly dessert or snack. Packed with delicious berries, and delicious crumble on top!

Ingredients

Scale

4 c Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)

1 c Gluten Free Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 c Pecans, chopped

1/2 c Almond meal

1/4 c Pure Maple Syrup

1/4 c Coconut Oil (melted)

1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Add the berries to an 8×8 pan.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients well, and spread onto berries.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until fruit is bubbling and topping is golden brown.

Notes

This Gluten Free Berry Crisp is very forgiving. Fell free to make some swaps if needed. You can substitute almonds or walnuts for the pecans. Or even try using honey instead of the maple syrup! No coconut oil on hand? Feel free to use olive oil instead!
