- Potatoes (sweet, red, or frozen diced)
- Frozen peppers/onion mix
- Mushrooms

- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Salt & Pepper

- Place the skillet on medium-high heat then add the olive oil.
- Add the diced potatoes into the pan.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook potatoes for 8-10 minutes or until done. *Add water to the pan if needed.
- Place the potatoes in 4 meal prep containers.
- In the same pan add more oil and the protein of choice (turkey, beef, sausage).

- Add mushrooms, peppers & onions into the pan with the meat.
