First you will slice your corn tortillas into quarters.

Next you will spray a lined baking sheet, and place your triangles onto the baking sheet. Then, you will spray the tortilla triangles with cooking spray, and add a pinch of salt.

Next, you will place the chips in the airfryer and cook on 375 for 3 mins. Flip the chips and cook for an additional 3 mins or until golden brown.

How to bake homemade tortilla chips

No Airfryer, no problem!

You can easily make your own homemade crispy tortilla chips in the oven.

Do the exact same steps as above, but bake on 350 for 7 minutes. Flip the chips and bake for an additional 7 minutes or until golden brown.

How do you fix chewy tortilla chips?

If you find that your tortilla chips are chewy, don’t worry! That only means they aren’t quite finished. 

Simply spray your chips and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, but watch them closely to make sure they don’t burn.

Ingredients

  • Corn Tortillas
  • Cooking Spray (EVOO or Avocado Oil)
  • Salt (pinch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat airfryer to 375
  2. Quarter 3 corn tortillas
  3. Place corn tortilla triangles onto lightly sprayed and lined baking sheet
  4. Lightly spray triangles, and sprinkle with a pinch of salt
  5. Airfry tortillas for 3 minutes. Flip and airfry for an additional 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool and enjoy!
  7. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

IF BAKING:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Follow steps 2-4 above
  3. Bake for 7 minutes. Flip triangles and bake for additional 7 minutes, or until golden brown.
