Is Infused Water Healthy?
I am no doctor, except when kissing boo boos and cleaning scrapes. 😉 However, when you drink water, you just feel better! Your skin looks better, and you will have more energy.
I think that’s a winning hydration situation, don’t you?
How Long Does Infused Water Last?
It typically takes 2-4 hours for all the flavors in your infused water to get happy. You can also make your flavored water, and put it in the fridge overnight.
How long your infused water will last relies on the ingredients used. For example, basil typically lasts 2-3 days in the fridge. So, it might be a little flimsy, and not as flavorful after that amount of time.
You will honestly be drinking your refreshing infused water amazingness, so quickly that it will be gone before you know it!
