These homemade fresh fruit popsicles are seriously delish, and are SO easy to make! They are the perfect Summer time treat, and oh so festive for a Memorial Day or 4th of July party too!
You will look like a rockstar serving these gorgeous fresh fruit popsicles! And bonus points for flexibility, because you can add any fresh fruit that your heart desires!
What Do I Use To Make Fresh Fruit Popsicles?
First thing first, you will need popsicle molds.
Our molds are from IKEA, but I am majorly crushing on these popsicle molds. And yes, they may or may not be sitting in my cart right now. 😉
Ingredients For Fresh Fruit Popsicles
Honestly, the world is your oyster with this one.
You can make these homemade popsicles with any fruit you like, or have on hand. On hand is always a winner in this mama’s book.
I used strawberries and blueberries, because I ALWAYS have them, and they were perfectly ripe, sweet, and at peak!

Tell Me How To Make These Awesome Popsicles
Y’all these homemade popsicles are fool proof!
You will need:
- Slice 8-10 strawberries
- 1/2-1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup coconut water
Add the fruit to each mold, don’t be gentle…smoosh that fruit down!
Now, add the coconut water to each mold. Insert the popsicle sticks, and let the fruit popsicles to freeze completely.
After waiting 4-6 hours…BOOM! Look at those beautiful fresh fruit popsicle creations you just made!

Cool off with these healthy and delicious fresh fruit popsicles! Using only 3 ingredients these popsicles are incredibly easy to make!
Ingredients
- 8–10 strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2–1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Add sliced strawberries and blueberries into popsicle molds.
- Pour coconut water into popsicle molds.
- Allow popsicles to freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
- Remove molds, and enjoy!

This recipe uses strawberries and blueberries, but feel free to add any fruit you like! The possibilities are endless!
